What will you learn

Cake Making & Decoration, Bread Making, Basic Pastry, Desserts, Jelly & Pudding, Chocolate, Nyonya Kuih, Simple Western Food, Coffee Brewing & Latte art, Business & Marketing Management, Banding Management, Digital Marketing and etc.

Program Info

Encompasses of 80% in practical skills, 20% theoretical study. Other than pastry production, students will also be trained to run and manage a restaurant/café, tasks include designing their menu, managing the stock inventory, kitchen management, barista, servicing, and last but not least customer service with the patrons.

Duration:
12-18 months of theory and practical

Lesson: 

Fulltime : Mon to Thurs

Parttime : Mon & Wed / Sat & Sun

Time: 

Fulltime : 9.30am – 4.00pm

Parttime : 7.00pm – 10.00pm / 9.30am – 2.30pm

Teaching Medium:
Mandarin & English

Entry Requirements:
